To hear audio:

Upon joining the event, you must select an audio channel. Select "Call Using Computer" if your computer has speakers or "I Will Call In" to connect by phone. If this selection does not appear when you connected, select Communicate → Audio Connection.

To ask a question:

In the event window, use the Q&A panel to ask questions about the speaker presentations. Make sure the recipient is "All Panelists." Selected questions will be read aloud after each talk.


To request technical support:

In the event window, use the Chat panel. Make sure the recipient is "All Panelists."
